Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A minimum advance of 50% is required to confirm the booking.

• Full payment must be completed at least 5 days before the tour start date.

• All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

• Unused services for transfers, tours & hotel accommodation are not refundable.

• Passport copies are mandatory for all payments made in foreign currency.

• Standard Check-in 14:00 Hours, Check-out is 12:00 Hours. Which may vary as per local

rules or as per the nature of the tour package. (However, the assigned tour coordinator will

provide the needed details)

• Passengers are required to have completed two doses of Covid vaccination atleast fourteen (14) days prior to their travel date. 

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before departure: 80% refund.

• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: 20% refund.

• No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

3. Package Inclusions/Exclusions

• Package inclusions (accommodation, transfers, meals, etc.) are clearly mentioned in the itinerary.

• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is chargeable separately.

4. Travel Documents

• Valid government ID (Aadhar/Passport) is mandatory for all travelers.

• For Lakshadweep, permit processing is done by SM Tour Holidays. Guests must provide documents as required.

5. Changes by Guest

• Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

6. Changes by Company

• SM Tour Holidays reserves the right to make changes due to weather, operational issues, or government restrictions. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible.

7. Liability

• SM Tour Holidays is not responsible for delays, natural disasters, accidents, or losses beyond its control.

• Guests are advised to carry personal travel insurance.

8. Health & Safety

• Guests must inform in advance of any health conditions.

• All COVID-19 or health guidelines issued by local authorities must be followed.

9. Child Policy

• Children under 5 years: Complimentary (no separate bed).

• Children aged 5–12: Child rates apply.

• Above 12 years: Charged as adults.

10. Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard check-in and check-out times apply as per hotel/resort policies.

11. Disputes

• Any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Lakshadweep/Ernakulam courts
